Heating did not work properly: The only downside was that the heating in the room didn't work as well as I would have liked.

Breakfast was nice. We arrived late but they have a machine so you can check in yourself, you get your key with a code to open the door. They also have a terrain where you can park your car, it is closed also. It is near the high-way so, excellent to spent the night while you are travelling.

The bathroom is too small. No separate soap bar and shampoo bottles, but a sort of multi-use liquid, which is the soap and the shampoo. I would expect more for the price.

The staff was welcoming and professional, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the location was easily accessible by public transport. Although it's a bit of a journey to the city center, the bus and metro were efficient, clean, and safe. The breakfast offered a good selection of continental options, and I enjoyed having it in the small conservatory. a convenient and pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B in Olbia. Everything was clean and up to date, with all the facilities I needed.
